Meet Pamme

With more than 30 years of experience in both academia and health care, I am passionate about improving health outcomes, and elevating the value of social in integrated care management at a micro (individual) and macro (community, state, and national) level. Everything I do is about making positive and sustainable change.

I have spent my career at the intersection of physical, behavioral and social care for a broad range of populations. My focus is driving public health excellence, population health, social analytics, and action in the pursuit of optimal health outcomes for all. 

In short, I am a passionate, data-driven healthcare architect, product, integrated care and operational leader as well as a fierce advocate for persons with disabilities and foster-involved families.
